We are hiring a Picker/Packer for our busy facility in St. Louis, Missouri. This position is critical to the success of our Logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for accurately selecting items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders, ensuring correct product identification and quantity. Following selection, you will carefully pack items for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit and properly labeled. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential in this role. This job involves considerable standing, walking, and frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and adhering to inventory management best practices are also key responsibilities. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace Safety , and all employees are required to follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE .
