Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Fulfillment Associate to join our logistics center in Des Moines, Iowa. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, from picking and packing to preparing items for shipment. You will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality fulfillment services. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and a dedication to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and collect items from warehouse inventory according to customer orders.
  • Pack products carefully and efficiently to ensure they arrive safely at their destination.
  • Verify order details and product codes to minimize errors.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning equipment.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity in all fulfillment tasks.
  • Keep workstations and surrounding areas clean and organized.
  • Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines, including proper lifting techniques.
  • Wear all required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves, as mandated.
  • Participate in inventory control activities and assist with stock checks.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, e-commerce fulfillment, or logistics role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
  • Capacity for lifting items up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of order fulfillment processes.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
