Are you a motivated individual looking to join a growing logistics company? We are seeking a diligent Fulfillment Associate in Provo, Utah. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing and preparing customer orders for shipment. Your work is central to our commitment to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail and a strong focus on safety.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order specifications.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely and responsibly, as trained.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform frequent manual lifting and moving of items up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory management tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product labels accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Proven ability to perform lifting tasks, with weights up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE.
- Familiarity with logistics operations and inventory control.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Team player mentality with the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and schedules.
