Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and store them appropriately.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for outgoing shipments.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed and trained.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
- Perform tasks requiring manual lifting and movement of products.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- Ensure efficient logistics operations through diligent work.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Familiarity with logistics and inventory control principles.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
