Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for efficiency in a warehouse setting? Our leading logistics provider is looking for a diligent Order Picker to join our San Francisco, California team. This role is fundamental to our fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders, using various picking equipment, and preparing them for shipment. You will work with RF scanners and other technology to maintain inventory accuracy. We value precision, speed, and a commitment to quality. This position requires a good understanding of warehouse layouts and the ability to navigate through aisles efficiently. Attention to detail is crucial to minimize errors in order fulfillment. You'll be part of a dedicated team working in a dynamic environment. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting and moving of products. Safety is our top priority; therefore, adherence to all safety regulations and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. We provide ongoing training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to excel. This is a great opportunity to grow within the logistics sector. Key responsibilities include: Accurately picking items according to order lists, Operating forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided), Using RF scanners to track inventory, Maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy, Ensuring all picked items are ready for packing and shipping, Adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols, Wearing required PPE at all times, Performing cycle counts and inventory checks, Contributing to a safe and efficient warehouse environment. Experience with order picking in a similar logistics operation is a plus, but not required. We offer competitive compensation and benefits.
