Our Atlanta, Georgia branch is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our warehouse, involving a range of duties from receiving and stocking inventory to fulfilling orders and preparing shipments. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and possess a strong commitment to Safety and operational excellence. You will contribute to the smooth flow of goods and services within our distribution network.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming goods.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Maintain inventory records and perform stock checks.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and guidelines.
- Wear appropriate PPE as required for tasks.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Participate in team efforts to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring frequent movement and moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of inventory control and warehouse Safety best practices.
- Willingness to wear and use all required PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
