Join our thriving logistics team in Raleigh, North Carolina, as a Warehouse Associate. This position is key to our daily warehouse operations, encompassing a variety of tasks from receiving goods to preparing them for shipment. You will be involved in inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to the efficiency of our supply chain. Your role will support the seamless flow of products through our distribution center.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Stock and organize inventory accurately.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Properly use all required PPE.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of basic inventory control principles.
- Commitment to Safety practices.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations.
