A critical opportunity exists for a skilled Warehouse Technician in our Las Vegas, Nevada facility. This role involves the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of warehouse equipment, including conveyor systems, automated machinery, and general warehouse infrastructure. The Warehouse Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted operation of our logistics processes, minimizing downtime, and ensuring the safety of our personnel. Your expertise will directly impact operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on warehouse machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.
- Operate various tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Assist with the installation of new equipment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with the operations team to address equipment-related challenges.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar maintenance or technical role within a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to Safety standards.
- Physical capability for tasks that may involve Lifting.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is advantageous.
