Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and appropriately store incoming materials.
- Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move materials safely.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas.
- Transport materials to production, packing, or shipping areas as needed.
- Perform routine checks on material handling equipment.
- Ensure a clean and orderly work environment, free of hazards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
- Strictly adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Proper and consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is a strong asset.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting of materials up to 50 pounds.
- Strong understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Familiarity with Logistics operations.
