As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately stock items in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and company procedures.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory control tasks, including cycle counting and stock verification.
- Adhere to all company policies, with a strong focus on workplace Safety.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational targets.
- Consistent use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including consistent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to upholding Safety standards and procedures.
- Basic understanding of Logistics principles is helpful.
