Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
  • Stock and organize inventory on warehouse shelves.
  • Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as trained (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners).
  • Follow all safety guidelines and use required PPE.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Meet productivity and quality targets.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
  • Must be capable of Lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual with a commitment to safety.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
  • Familiarity with scanning equipment is beneficial.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
