Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods, verifying against manifests.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring quality and precision.
- Prepare shipments for transport, including labeling and staging.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stocktaking activities.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist in maintaining efficient logistics flow within the facility.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is beneficial.
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety guidelines.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics principles.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Must be willing to wear provided PPE at all times.
