Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming merchandise.
- Verify quantities and quality of received goods against order documents.
- Document all receiving activities in the WMS.
- Inspect shipments for damage and report any issues.
- Organize received products for efficient put-away.
- Maintain a clean and safe receiving area.
- Follow all company safety procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding deliveries.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous receiving or warehouse experience is preferred.
- Basic computer skills for data entry.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of safety best practices, including PPE.
- Good communication skills.
