We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Omaha, Nebraska facility! This position is fundamental to our logistics operations, involving a range of tasks from receiving and stocking inventory to picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and storage locations accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Prepare shipments for transit, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures diligently.
- Ensure the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Be prepared for tasks requiring Lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Assist with inventory control as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and follow instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to guidelines.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Familiarity with warehouse processes.
