Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying against purchase orders.
- Stock inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate manual equipment like pallet jacks; operate powered equipment if trained and certified.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting practices.
- Participate in regular inventory cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is beneficial.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and meet productivity targets.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, including proper use of PPE.
