Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory according to order specifications using RF scanners.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly with shipping details.
- Stage completed orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and contribute to overall warehouse organization.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure correct and consistent use of all required PPE.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse operations is beneficial. Must be able to stand for long hours and perform tasks involving frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. High level of accuracy and attention to detail required. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Must be reliable and punctual.
