Responsibilities:
- Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders.
- Store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse aisles, equipment, and work areas.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Ensure proper use of required PPE.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial. Must have the physical stamina to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting and moving of materials, often exceeding 50 pounds. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Understanding of general logistics principles and warehouse operations. Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety regulations. This role offers a stable work schedule and opportunities for advancement within our company.
