Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Boise, Idaho. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety across all logistics functions. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of warehouse associates, optimizing workflow, maintaining inventory control, and enforcing all safety protocols. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of warehouse management principles. This is a critical position that requires a dedication to fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the smooth flow of goods. A commitment to safety is paramount, and you will be responsible for ensuring all team members adhere to strict safety standards, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The role may involve occasional lifting and requires the ability to oversee physically demanding tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management through cycle counts and regular audits.
  • Implement and enforce all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Manage carrier relationships and coordinate transportation logistics.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations.
  • Address and resolve operational issues and employee concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices, including PPE. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Proficient in relevant software applications. Willingness to perform physical tasks, including occasional lifting, as needed.
