Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse storage locations.
- Use pick lists or scanning devices to identify and retrieve items.
- Verify product codes and quantities against order requirements.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for transit.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Stage orders for shipment consolidation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed established picking productivity targets.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in order picking or warehouse operations preferred. Must be able to handle frequent lifting up to 40 lbs. Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding role. Understanding of logistics principles is a plus. Dedicated to workplace safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
