Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, verify, and put away incoming merchandise.
- Pick products from designated locations to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of all materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Support other areas of the distribution center as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is advantageous. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs consistently. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment. Strong commitment to safety and a good understanding of warehouse safety practices. Willingness to wear and maintain PPE.
