Join our dynamic warehouse team in Sacramento, California, as a Warehouse Worker. This role offers a variety of responsibilities crucial to the daily operations of our distribution center. You will be involved in tasks such as receiving and inspecting incoming goods, picking and packing orders, stocking inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding high standards of productivity and Safety . This position is key to ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our Logistics network.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to specifications.
- Stock and organize inventory on shelves and in designated areas.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and palletizing.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Wear and use all required PPE , such as safety vests, gloves, and closed-toe shoes.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
- Perform tasks that involve frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform frequent Lifting throughout the shift.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and the proper use of PPE .
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Understanding of Logistics and warehouse operations is a plus.
