We are hiring a Picker/Packer in Baltimore, Maryland! This role is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from shelves according to order sheets or scanner data.
- Verify picked items against order details to minimize errors.
- Package products safely and efficiently, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks as needed.
- Adhere to all warehouse Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and Lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Ability to work at a steady pace in a dynamic environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
