We are looking for a diligent Order Picker to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio! As an Order Picker, you will play a key role in fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include locating items in the warehouse, picking them according to order lists, and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on pick lists or scanner instructions.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Package selected items securely for shipment.
- Operate electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations, including proper use of PPE.
- Maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and Lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail is critical for order accuracy.
- Good time management skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
