Seeking motivated individuals to join our warehouse team as Warehouse Workers in Detroit, Michigan. This role is fundamental to our efficient logistics operations, ensuring that products are handled with care and precision. You will be involved in a variety of tasks crucial for the smooth functioning of our distribution center. We maintain a strong emphasis on Safety, and all employees are required to adhere to established protocols, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The position requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for extended periods, walking, and performing tasks that involve Lifting packages weighing up to 50 lbs. We provide thorough training to equip you with the skills necessary to perform your duties effectively and safely. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stage products for shipping and assist with loading/unloading trucks.
- Perform stock rotation and assist with inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate material handling equipment responsibly and safely.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure proper use of assigned PPE.
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Must be capable of Lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
