Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order sheets.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify order accuracy before packing.
- Replenish stock in picking areas as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use required PPE throughout the shift.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as directed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Capability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Must be able to handle Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Commitment to maintaining a Safe work environment.
