Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders from warehouse shelves.
- Process and pack items for shipment, ensuring they are secure and well-protected.
- Receive and accurately inventory incoming stock.
- Stage outgoing shipments for carriers.
- Operate equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks with proper certification.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Follow all company and OSHA Safety regulations.
- Utilize required PPE consistently.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and conducting cycle counts.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to procedures.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
