JOB SUMMARY:
The Agency is assisting Indoor Elements Mechanical in the recruitment of a Plumber (Journeyman or Apprentice) to join their team in response to a growing workload.

This role is ideal for a skilled Journeyman or motivated Apprentice who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving, and values being part of a collaborative, supportive team. You'll work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, from emergency repairs to full system installations — all while being part of a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond promptly and professionally to residential and commercial service calls
- Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot plumbing issues to determine effective solutions
- Complete plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations to a high standard
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation of service visits, materials used, and work completed
- Communicate clearly with team members to support efficient scheduling and customer service
- Follow all safety protocols, company procedures, and local plumbing codes
- Interact with customers in a courteous, professional manner, explaining findings, repair options, and pricing
REQUIREMENTS:
- Journeyman Plumber certification or registered Apprentice status
- Valid class 5 drivers license with a clean abstract
- Experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professionalism
