A winner of Canada's Best Managed Companies since 2019, CASA continues to grow and is currently seeking a Field Sales Representative to join our team in Repentigny.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will play a key role in increasing product sales within your assigned territory, primarily on the road, while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop business within your assigned territory, primarily through field visits
  • Meet with existing and potential customers to present our products
  • Prepare quotes and follow up on progress at client sites
  • Build customer loyalty and provide outstanding after-sales service

Your profile:

Relevant experience in sales development in the agricultural sector

Commercial acumen:

  • Passion for client visits and sales development
  • Active listening skills and ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Perseverance, results-driven and committed to customer satisfaction

Interpersonal skills:

  • Strong communication skills and talent for building effective client relationships
  • Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) to ensure clear and consistent communication with all clients, English-only speakers

Autonomy and organization:

  • Proactivity, resourceful, and initiative-driven
  • Ability to manage an order portfolio and meet field objectives
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage time, travel, appointments, quotes, and projects efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with IPSO and/or Epicor ERP software is an asset
