Über
Read and interpret blueprinds, engineering drawings and specifications to determine machining operations.
Program CNC machines using G Code and other programming languages.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessaryu to ensure quality and efficiency.
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using clipers,micrometers and other measuring instruments.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine performance or product quality.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Proficiency in programming CNC machines using G Code or similar programming languages.
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpertation.
Familiarity with Mastercam or similar CAD software.
Experience with lathe and milling CNC operations.
Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments effectively.
Mechanical knowledge and understanding of machine operations. Familiarity with Mazatrol and Fanuc controls is prefered
