Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Norman, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, with specific experience in residential properties. Must have experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and management. Requirement: Must pass a background check.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems and preventative maintenance
• Respond promptly to and complete assigned maintenance requests from residents
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work and inspections
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times
• Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and property amenities including pool maintenance
• On-call time in rotation
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management
• Must supervisor team of direct reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience as Apartment Maintenance Supervisor (REQUIRED)
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed
• Ability to lead maintenance team
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Drivers License
