Mala Town is excited to announce the opening of our new Las Vegas location, and we are currently seeking energetic, motivated, and service-oriented individuals to join our opening team as Servers and Bussers.

In these front-of-house roles, you will play a key part in creating a welcoming, efficient, and vibrant dining experience for our guests. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail, positive attitude, and strong communication skills are highly valued.

This is a paid position offering hands-on experience in hospitality operations, customer service, and restaurant teamwork.

Positions & Compensation

Server

• Pay: $13/hour + overtime (OT) + tips
• Language: English fluency is required

Busser

• Pay: $13/hour + overtime (OT) + tips

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating to ensure smooth dining flow
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate clearly with kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation and service standards
• Clear and reset tables efficiently, including bussing dishes and maintaining cleanliness
• Assist with food handling and order delivery in compliance with hygiene standards
• Support the kitchen and front-of-house team during peak service periods
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including floors, tables, and restrooms
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure excellent guest experiences
• Address guest needs and concerns promptly with a professional and friendly attitude

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with guests
• Prior restaurant or food service experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of basic food handling, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong sense of responsibility
• Familiarity with hospitality, catering, or restaurant environments is a plus
• Willingness to learn and grow with a new store opening team
