line cook/fry cook

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
