Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys with various legal tasks, ensuring that all documentation and case management processes are handled efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple cases, and a solid understanding of legal procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings by conducting thorough document reviews and legal research.
• Manage legal case files, ensuring all documents are organized and accessible.
• Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather necessary information for cases.
• e-file case documents with the court.
• Support litigation processes by preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Collaborate with attorneys on personal injury cases, including drafting demands.
• Utilize case management software for effective document management and project tracking.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, particularly in tort law, to provide informed support.
