Assistant Teacher/Floater

We are looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Assistant Teacher / Floater to join our early childhood education team. This role supports classrooms as needed and helps ensure a smooth, safe, and nurturing daily operation across the preschool.

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in preschool classrooms as needed
• Float between classrooms to support ratios, breaks, and transitions
• Help with classroom activities, supervision, and daily routines
• Support children's social, emotional, and developmental needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment
• Follow center policies, licensing regulations, and safety procedures
• Communicate professionally with staff and administration

Qualifications:

• Experience working with young children preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Background screening required
• Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented
• Positive attitude and nurturing approach with children
