Production Worker I

Performance Health is looking for a Production Worker I to join the manufacturing team in Dolgeville, NY. This position is responsible for specific role(s) in the production process. Ensures that quality standards are met throughout the entire production process from raw materials to finished goods. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesPatching and Webbing: Assembly and sub-assembly operationsOperates various machinery including but not limited to; Foam machine, presses, grinders, molders, spray guns, etc.Quality assurance of products and material maintenanceMonitors, controls, and trouble shoots machinesPacks products and fills orders as neededCreate and maintain culture of safety, teamwork, and ethical business practicesNotify Leadership of any unsafe conditions within their work areaMaintain a clean work environmentEffective and professional communication and collaboration at all timesAdhere to corporate and/or site policies and proceduresPerforms other duties as assigned.
