Creative Marketing Generalist
Full Position Title: Creative Marketing GeneralistJob Status: Part-Time Non Exempt

The Creative Marketing Generalist is a creative, strategic, and mission-driven content creator who will lead Elizabeth's New Life Center's social media presence across multiple platforms. This role requires proven social media experience, a portfolio of previous work, strong graphic design skills (especially Canva), and the ability to create on-trend, engaging content—including posts, reels, campaigns, and digital storytelling.
Secondarily, this role provides administrative and operational support to the Director of Marketing, assisting with vendor coordination, reporting, and organizational workflow. Candidates must bring prior experience managing social media and creating compelling visual content with measurable results.

Primary Duties
Social Media & Creative (Majority of Role)
Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Develop, design, and schedule compelling social media content across multiple ENLC platforms.
- Create high-quality graphics, reels, short-form videos, and campaign assets.
- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic that resonates with our diverse audiences.
- Write engaging captions, micro-stories, and calls to action tailored to platform trends and client needs.
Strategy & Analytics
- Manage and monitor social media calendars, content plans, and posting schedules.
- Track and report on analytics, engagement, and reach; make data-driven recommendations.
- Stay informed on trends in Gen Z, young millennial, and women's health-related content to ensure relevance and impact.
- Help prepare project timelines, briefs, and documentation.
Graphic Design
- Design marketing materials using Canva (proficiency required).
- Assist in layout design for presentations, flyers, promotional pieces, and digital ads.
- Prepare photo and video assets for use across social and marketing channels.
Creative Collaboration
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions for campaigns, branding, and outreach initiatives.
- Conduct research to gather inspiration, visuals, and messaging ideas.
- Support coordination of photoshoots and video shoots when needed.
Secondary Functions
Administrative & Marketing Support- Provide administrative assistance to the Director of Marketing, including filing reports, tracking orders, and organizing files.
- Assist with vendor communication, supply ordering, and invoice tracking.
- Maintain organized digital archives for images, videos, and design assets.
- Additional duties as assigned to support the mission and marketing department.
Job Requirements
Required
- Proven social media management experience (portfolio required).
- Demonstrated ability to create reels, posts, and high-engagement content.
- Strong proficiency in Canva.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working with photography and basic video editing tools.
Preferred
- Experience in nonprofit marketing, women's services, or healthcare environments.
- Experience with content strategy and social media analytics platforms.
- Photography and videography skills are a plus.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in social media, marketing, or digital content creation.
- Experience analyzing and reporting on social media analytics.
Education
- GED preferred
Work Environment
Must be available Monday-Friday. Must be able to use a computer keyboard, telephone, and lift up to 20 pounds.
Driving Requirements
Driving to and from various locations may be required. Mileage may be reimbursed by ENLC. Occasional night and weekends may be required.
