Position: Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time)

We are seeking a PA or NP with joint injection experience to evaluate, educate, and treat concierge medicine patients in our clinic, with a strong focus on patient engagement and treatment-plan discussions. Orthopedic or sports medicine experience is strongly preferred.

Schedule

• 1–2 days per week
• Clinic days: Wednesday and/or Thursday
• 8–10 hours per day

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Perform orthopedic/sports medicine evaluations
• Administer joint injections (PRP/biologics experience a plus)
• Draw blood and start IVs as needed
• Educate patients on treatment options and expected outcomes
• Discuss and recommend appropriate treatment plans in a cash-pay setting
• Support patient conversion from consultation to treatment
• Manage patient flow efficiently and deliver high-quality patient care
• Strong communication skills and excellent bedside manner required

Sales / Patient Engagement (Preferred)

• Experience in concierge, cash-pay, or elective medical practices
• Comfort discussing treatment plans, value, and pricing with patients
• Consultative, trust-based approach to patient decision-making

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year clinical experience
• Active Texas license
• NP or PA-C certification
