Sales Development Representative

Ewing is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help drive new business acquisition and re-engage lapsed customers. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you'll play a critical role in supporting regional and divisional sales growth goals. This position focuses on lead generation, customer development, and relationship building through phone and email communication.

What You'll Do

• Execute strategies to acquire new customers and reactivate inactive accounts.
• Support branches and sales teams in achieving sales objectives.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
• Follow up on cold and warm leads to advance the sales process.
• Submit detailed activity logs daily through our CRM system.
• Adopt and master company tools, technology, and processes.
• Participate in professional development programs, including Ewing University and AA-ISP certification.

• Strong communication and listening skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Inside sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Industry or product knowledge is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
