We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care within our healthcare facility. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting our nursing team to deliver exceptional healthcare services. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient operations and optimal patient care
• Monitor and assess the performance of nursing personnel, providing guidance, feedback, and support as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized patient care plans
• Oversee the implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and standards to maintain compliance with regulations
• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate patient care delivery and address any issues or concerns promptly
• Assist in resolving patient care problems and complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Participate in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in healthcare to enhance nursing services

Skills

• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in various healthcare settings
• Strong knowledge of Specimen collection processing, Acute pain management, Emergency medicine, Cardiac catheterization, Spinal tap procedures, Long term care, Assisted living facilities
• Experience working in Level I or Level II Trauma Centers is preferred
• Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Current RN license with a BSc in Nursing or equivalent degree
