Heavy Equipment Operator

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of heavy equipment operation and a strong background in mechanical maintenance. This role is essential in supporting the construction and maintenance of our infrastructure, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about getting the job done safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as dump trucks, graders, and Caterpillar machines to support construction and maintenance projects.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues when necessary.
- Work safely and follow all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and ensure effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs.
- Operate tanker trucks for the transportation of materials and supplies.
- Knowledge and experience in operating crushers and stackers.

Skills:

• Proficiency in operating heavy equipment, including dump trucks and graders.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Commercial driving experience.
• Ability to operate tanker trucks for material transportation.
• Experience with horizontal drilling operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Compliant with all relevant safety regulations and guidelines.

• Knowledge and experience with crushers, stackers, and screen plants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
