Job Summary
The
Senior Data Architect & Analytics Lead
will play a critical role in strengthening the enterprise data and analytics capabilities. This role is ideal for a seasoned data leader with deep expertise in
data architecture, data modeling, healthcare data standards, cloud platforms, and advanced analytics
.
You will be responsible for designing and maintaining
enterprise-grade relational databases, data warehouses, and cloud-based data platforms
, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, compliance, and alignment with organizational strategic goals. This role also provides thought leadership in analytics strategy, data governance, metadata management, and healthcare data integration.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain
enterprise data architectures
, including relational databases, data warehouses, and data lakes (on-prem and cloud). - Develop and enforce
enterprise data standards
, metadata registries, and governance frameworks. - Architect and optimize
ETL pipelines
and data integration solutions (Informatica preferred). - Design and model cloud-based data platforms with
Snowflake as the primary data warehouse
. - Lead advanced analytics initiatives to enable
data-driven decision-making
. - Support healthcare data interoperability using
FHIR, HL7, CCDA
, APIs, and real-time data streaming. - Ensure data solutions comply with
EIR Accessibility standards
and assistive technologies. - Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Evaluate and integrate
emerging technologies
(AI, ML, big data analytics) into healthcare data solutions. - Manage data acquisition, archival strategies, recovery, and data lifecycle processes.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship across analytics and data teams.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to
non-technical stakeholders
.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years
of experience in
data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing
(on-prem and cloud). - 10+ years
working with
BI and big data solutions
. - 10+ years
of experience leading
advanced analytics projects
. - Strong hands-on expertise with
SQL
and enterprise database technologies. - Experience with
cloud platforms
: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. - Proven experience developing and managing
cloud-based data storage and applications
. - Strong understanding of
data architecture best practices and governance
. - Experience with
ETL tools
, data integration platforms, and APIs. - Healthcare data experience including
EHR integrations
and real-time streaming. - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with
Python and/or Java/Scala
. - Experience implementing
big data applications
. - Experience with
enterprise architecture frameworks
and cloud migration roadmaps. - Healthcare industry experience.
- Experience working with
Texas or other state eligibility systems
. - TOGAF, Azure, AWS, or GCP certifications.
- Consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Hybrid role
: 3 days onsite (Mon, Wed, Thurs) + 2 days remote - Location
: Austin, TX (701 W 51st St) - Local candidates only

Jan 15, 2026 – Aug 31, 2026 - Total hours:
