Schedule
  • Mon–Thurs: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Fri: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • One Saturday/month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM



What You'll Do

As a Front Desk/Patient Representative, you'll play a key role in ensuring patients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and registering patients

  • Collecting payments and verifying insurance

  • Confirming appointments and reviewing schedules

  • Providing cost estimates

  • Assisting technologists by helping patients change and escorting them to MRI

  • Helping keep clinic operations running smoothly

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required

  • Previous healthcare experience preferred, but not required — we're happy to train the right person
