Position: Working Supervisor – Commercial Cleaning

Location: Shutterfly (Charlotte, NC)

Schedule: Daytime (Full-Time) 6am-4:30pm (replacing Cheryl)

Starting Pay: $17.00/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Working Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at a large commercial facility (Shutterfly). This role is hands-on and requires someone who can manage a team while also performing cleaning tasks as needed to ensure the building meets company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the cleaning team during the shift
• Perform daily cleaning duties alongside staff ("working supervisor" role)
• Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned to company standards
• Conduct walkthroughs and quality checks throughout the building
• Assign tasks and verify completion
• Communicate effectively with day, night, and weekend supervisors
• Report supply needs, issues, or concerns to management
• Maintain attendance, performance expectations, and professionalism on-site

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in commercial cleaning strongly preferred
• Ability to manage a team and provide clear direction
• Strong communication and accountability skills
• Must be dependable, organized, and able to multitask
• Ability to work independently and uphold standards consistently
