Housekeeping Manager

Duties:

• Oversee and manage the housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment
• Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and maintenance
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with regulations
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized cleaning services as needed

Experience:

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, equipment, and products
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control
• Knowledge of custodial safety procedures and regulations
