About the Role

We are seeking a 
highly skilled and experienced CNC Service Technician

to join our growing service team. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong troubleshooting skills and a solid background in CNC machine service and repair.

Key Responsibilities

●       Perform on-site service, diagnostics, and repair of CNC machines

●       Install, commission, and start up new CNC equipment

●       Conduct preventive maintenance and machine inspections

●       Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues

●       Identify root causes of failures and implement corrective actions

●       Provide technical support and guidance to customers

●       Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation

●       Communicate effectively with customers, service managers, and engineering teams

Required Qualifications

●       
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a CNC Service Technician (required)

●       Strong understanding of CNC machine mechanics, electrical systems, and automation

●       Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation

●       Hands-on troubleshooting experience in a field service environment

●       Willingness to travel to customer sites

●       Valid driver's license

●       Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

●       Experience with CNC control systems such as 
Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain

●       Background in machine tools, manufacturing, or industrial automation

●       Technical English proficiency for documentation and customer communication
