A well-established, locally loved restaurant group with three locations in Nashville is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead our high-volume Gulch location.

This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading both front- and back-of-house teams, and delivering an exceptional guest experience every shift. This is a floor-driven leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong teams, and holds high standards for hospitality, execution, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead FOH & BOH teams with clarity, consistency, and empathy
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop staff
• Lead service from open to close with a visible floor presence
• Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally
• Ensure strong ticket times, food quality, and service flow
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and daily restaurant systems
• Manage ordering, inventory, bar/liquor control, and cost awareness
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health code compliance
• Review weekly/monthly financials and complete inventories
• Oversee cash handling and POS systems
• Participate in weekly leadership meetings

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience
• Strong FOH leadership with solid BOH understanding
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, and labor control
• Calm, organized, and decisive under pressure
• Passion for hospitality and team development

Pay: $70, $80,000.00 per year
