Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Roofing Estimator with proven EDGE Estimating software experience to prepare accurate and competitive estimates for residential and/or commercial roofing projects. This position is available in Berthoud, Colorado, or remote for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed roofing estimates using EDGE Estimating software
• Review project plans, specifications, and scopes of work
• Perform site measurements and inspections as required
• Develop accurate material, labor, and subcontractor cost estimates
• Analyze vendor and supplier pricing
• Identify project risks and value-engineering opportunities
• Support bid preparation and proposal submissions
• Collaborate with sales and project management teams
• Maintain organized and accurate estimating records
• Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable building codes

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience using EDGE Estimating software (required)
• Proven experience as a Roofing Estimator or Construction Estimator
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial roofing systems
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and measurements
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, especially in a remote setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with insurance-related roofing estimates
• Construction Management degree or relevant certification
• Military and Federal Building Experience

Pay: $90, $115,000.00 per year
