Wyndemere Country Club (WCC) in Naples, Florida, is seeking a warm, energetic, and service-driven Food Runner to join our Food and Beverage team for the season. This is a part-time, seasonal position ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Position Summary
As a Food Runner, Expo & Server Support, you serve as the vital link between the kitchen and front of house. Your attention to detail, sense of urgency, and positive attitude help ensure food is delivered accurately, promptly, and to presentation standards, supporting both the culinary and service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prepared food from the kitchen to dining areas efficiently and accurately
- Ensure proper presentation and communicate any issues promptly
- Support servers by clearing, bussing, and resetting tables
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment
- Communicate guest requests, allergies, or dietary needs to the kitchen team
- Assist with light food preparation, plating, or garnishing as directed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Work collaboratively with the service and culinary teams during peak service periods
Qualifications
- Familiarity with food handling, serving techniques, or basic food preparation preferred
- Previous experience in food service, banquets, bussing, or kitchen support is a plus
- Experience with POS systems such as ClubEssential is helpful but not required (training provided)
- Strong communication skills and a guest-focused mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards
- Pre-employment drug testing required
