Responsibilities

• Supervise cage operations during your shift, ensuring smooth and efficient cash transactions, chip exchanges, and ticket processing
• Lead, motivate, and mentor cage team members to deliver outstanding guest service and uphold operational standards
• Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with regulatory policies
• Manage guest interactions with professionalism, resolving conflicts promptly and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
• Monitor security protocols within the cage area, including surveillance checks and adherence to safety procedures
• Collaborate with casino management to coordinate daily activities, report discrepancies, and implement process improvements
• Ensure all documentation such as shift logs, transaction reports, and incident reports are completed accurately and timely

Experience

• Proven management or supervising experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a casino or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures, basic math skills for balancing registers and transactions
• Familiarity with casino operations, gaming regulations, and security protocols is highly desirable
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: From $22.82 per hour
