Construction Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe, organized, and efficient. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and ensuring the area is safe for work.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site throughout the duration of projects.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines are met.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 plus pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced team members.
• Reliable transportation to job sites as required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends if necessary.
